On the daily chart, the correction has concluded as the second wave of the higher-level (2), and the ascending third wave (3) is being formed, which incorporates the first wave of the lower-level 1 of (3). On the four-hour timeframe, the local corrective structure has been completed as wave iv of 1, with wave (c) of iv now approaching its final phase. If this scenario proves correct, the asset’s upward trend is expected to continue toward the 115.00–125.00 zone, with a critical stop loss level at 76.25.

Long positions should be opened above the level of 76.25 with the targets at 115.00–125.00. Implementation period: 7 days or more.

Alternative scenario

The breakdown and consolidation of the price below the level of76.25 will allow the trading instrument to continue its downward trend to the 67.00–54.50 area.
