On the daily chart, an ascending wave 3 of senior degree has formed, with the correction having concluded as wave 4, while on the four-hour timeframe wave 5 is currently unfolding, incorporating the emerging wave i of 5 at junior degree. If this scenario proves correct, the XAG/USD pair’s upward trend is expected to continue toward the 90.00–96.50 zone, with a critical stop loss level at 72.35.

Long positions should be opened above the level of 72.35 with the targets at 90.00–96.50. Implementation period: 7 days or more.

Alternative scenario

The breakdown and consolidation of the price below the level of 72.35 will allow the trading instrument to continue its downward trend to the 64.65–55.00 area.
